Episode 06: Mental Health Awareness Part III

For Part III of the Mental Health Awareness series, Melodie is joined by her cousin, Antonio Graves, with Texas Panhandle Centers Behavioral and Developmental Health. He is a part of the P.A.D.R.E. (Parenting Awareness and Drug Risk Education) program which assists parents, who are Texas residents, with the youngest child up to six years old; or expectant parents who have one or more risk factors for substance use disorder.

They discuss the importance of approaching help by coming from a place of compassion and understanding. Antonio speaks on his own experiences and how that has allowed him the opportunity to truly know what others are going through.
